We occasionally run limited-time offers that require you to enter a coupon code during checkout in order to obtain your discount. Coupons are never automatically applied. When placing your order, simply follow the steps below:
● When you begin the checkout process (on the “Your Shopping Cart” page), type the code into the “Enter coupon code here” box that appears just above your order subtotal and click “Apply”.
● Check to ensure that your discount has been applied: If it has, the message “Your coupon has been applied” will appear on the left-hand side of the screen.
● Any free items will appear in your cart, even mystery or surprise gifts will show an avatar/placeholder for your free gift.
● Your shipping will also be adjusted if the promotion includes reduced or free shipping.
● Click “Checkout” to proceed with your purchase.
If your coupon code is not working, it may be due to one of the following:
● Two coupon codes may not be combined.
● Two promotions may not be combined, such as a coupon code and a free item with order offer.
● You may use a coupon code with a STEAL offer, but you must purchase the dollar amount of the product required to meet the terms of the coupon outside of the STEAL offer.
● Your coupon code may be expired.
We apologize, but we cannot apply coupon codes retroactively to orders that have already been processed. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers. BH Cosmetics is not responsible for coupon codes posted on third-party sites with incorrect information.
